I have been making a lot more cookies than cakes lately. Here is a collage of some of the cookies I've made for kids' birthday parties in the last few months ... elmo and cookie monster, minnie, buzz, strawberry shortcake, and a few bookworms (those were actually made for my nerdy sister in law and her co-workers).
I also made these a few months ago ... who doesn't love mickey mouse? They were for a first birthday party. They are some of my favorite cookies to date. Simple but scream Mickey!
